Talent Discovery
We visit the school and engage with the principal to explain the program's purpose and goals. We conduct various tests to evaluate students on speed, agility, stroke play, and passion. We create an initial list of students based on assessment results and observations. Lastly, we further refine the list to identify the right talent that fits the program's criteria.
Once the students are identified, we engage in meaningful conversations with them to understand their dreams and aspirations. We inspire them to envision new possibilities and motivate them to pursue their potential. This process prepares them mentally and emotionally for specialized coaching and intervention, setting the stage for their future development.

Our Works
We arrange for the selected students to train at professional sports academies, where they are exposed to advanced training and expert guidance. This experience allows them to gauge their standing in terms of both skill and commitment, helping them understand the level of dedication required to excel and enabling us to assess their potential for long-term success.
We secure the right sponsors to provide financial support for these talented children, covering the costs of essential items like shoes, rackets, sportswear, and shuttles. Additionally, we seek funding for their specialized coaching, ensuring they have all the necessary resources to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.

Our First Engagement @Happy School
DLF Phase 1's "Happy School" is more than just a school; it's a place of hope for underprivileged kids. When I visited, I met the principal, Kamal Ma'am, whose dedication was inspiring. But what amazed me most was the talent in sports among the students. I decided to start an initiative to help these kids pursue sports professionally. First, we needed a platform for them to show their skills. Then, we worked hard to find sponsors and scholarships for them. With support from many, we got sports gear, training, and mentors for the kids. Not only did they improve in sports, but they also gained confidence and became role models. Seeing their success fills me with pride. Happy School is a symbol of hope, showing that with support, every child can reach their potential.
